Private studio space at Frank Bette Center for the Arts, Alameda

Two large artist studios are available above an active community art center and gallery in large historic Victorian. Studios are approx 175 sq ft each with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Artists have access to shared kitchen and bathroom. Work-only, no live-work please. $475 per month, first & last, six month lease.

Special note: FBCA hosts monthly opening receptions on the first Friday of the month drawing approx 100-200 people. It’s recommended (but not required) that studio artists participate in the monthly receptions and gallery space by opening their studios to the public.
